Download Ebooks from Goodreads Online
Many people love to use Googreads to keep track of the books they want to read and discover new books. If that is your case, you are lucky, because there is a new method to download ebooks from Goodreads page for free.
All you need is a browser extension. Once installed, It will display a download link on each book detail page. You can just click to download. It fetches ebooks from LibGen, LibGen Fiction, Memory Of The World & OpenLibrary. You can always change the source if needed.
The Ebook downloader extension, Bunken, is open-sourced and available for Chrome and Firefox. If you use Firefox, you can simply click this link to install. For Chrome, you will need a few more steps because this extension is not available in the Chrome web store.
For Chrome users, you can follow the steps below to install the chrome extension manually.
Step 1. Go to the GitHub page of the Goodreads downloader extension, Bunken.
Step 2. Click on the green Code button and select Download Zip.
Step 3. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
Step 4. Turn developer mode on.
Step 5. Drag the downloaded extension files to Chrome.
Step 6. Now you can visit any book page on Goodreads. When everything is loaded, you can click to download the ebook under the Related Books section.
By default, the Ebook downloader extension searches ebooks on LibGen. If it cannot find a result, you can click to change the source to another source.
Download eBooks Online
If you don’t use Goodreads, you can simply download Ebooks online. Many websites offer free ebooks download. After testing around, we pick 2 for you.
PDFDrive is an online search engine mainly for PDFs. It also offers other formats for some ebooks. Once you find the book you want, you can convert the PDF to EPUB or MOBI. According to the site, it has more than 75 million ebooks for you to download and read online.

Filetype is to restrict results to a certain filetype. In terms of books, you can use PDF, TXT, EPUB, MOBI, etc. for example, you can type “game of thrones filetype:pdf” (without quotes).
Inurl is to find results with a certain word in the URL. It is similar to the Filetype operator. You can even do it with the operator by simply adding an ebook format extension at the end of your query.
